低倍检验、疏松、偏析、缩孔。

钢的低倍检验，及用肉眼或在不大于十倍的放大镜下检查钢材的各种宏观缺陷的一种方法。通过低倍检验可以发现钢中的缺陷及钢材组织的不均匀性。

钢材中的宏观缺陷大致有如下几种：疏松、偏析、白点、缩孔、裂纹、非金属夹杂、气泡等，以上所诉缺陷大多是在钢锭的浇注、结晶和热加工过程中形成的。
