新化妆产品服务: 化妆产品通报(CPNP，Cosmetic Products NotificationPortal)
 
欧盟在2009年11月30日发布, 由2013年7月11日起, 欧盟化妆品法规（EC）No1223/2009取替化妆品指令76/768/EEC。
所有化妆品法规均适用于欧洲市场上的化妆产品。化妆产品应通过化妆产品通报（CPNP）, 以确保产品的安全性，并加强市场监控。

--Cosmetic Products Notification Portal 欧盟化妆品通报
Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is a online notification system created for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. When a product has been notified in the CPNP there is no need for any further notification at national level in the European Union.
 
Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (Article 13) requires that the responsible persons and, under certain circumstances, the distributors of cosmetic products submit through the CPNP some information about the products they place or make available on the European market.
 
重点事项
根据法规（EC）No 1223/2009第13条, 有关化妆产品的资料,均需要于CPNP网上通报系统通报。
1.由2013年7月11日开始, 化妆产品均需强制通过CPNP通报
2.此规定亦适用于在化妆品指令76/768/EEC下于单一会员国被通报过的产品
3.成功通报并不等同于有关产品可满足所有其他（EC）No 1223/2009法规的要求
4.产品应由负责人并在特定情况下由有关分销商通报
5.该负责人或分销商需及时提供所需的更新资料
6.负责人可将产品通报委派给其他相关单位, 例如其制造商, 顾问或认可检测机构
7.需要注册才能进行CPNP通报
  一些已输入资料将会以电子方式提供予所有有关机构, 仅用于市场监测，市场分析，评估和消费者信息。
