GC标志认证（GCC认证）是低电压电子电器及玩具产品进入海湾合作委员会成员国的市场准入证书。

    海湾标准化组织（GSO）的建立，促进了经济一体化的进程，确保进入GCC市场商品的安全和质量，通过各种标准活动参与到生产和服务领域的发展。在标准化和合格评定领域，凡是获得GC标志认证证书的产品就可以进入上述七国的市场。目前，GSO正在积极统一七国的标准和认证程序，现已发布了统一的玩具技术法规和低电压电气设备技术法规。

    目前，海湾国家本地制造或进口至该国市场的低电压电子电器设备及玩具，必须通过认证，并且加印带有二维码和发证机构号的G mark标志。

产品清单（需要做GC标志认证）
--家用电风扇
--冰箱，冰柜以及其他冷冻设备，容积不超过30立方英尺
--离心衣物烘干机/洗衣机,包括洗涤干燥两用洗衣机,洗衣量不超过12公斤
--食品研磨机及搅拌器/水果或蔬菜榨汁器
--家用烤面包机
--电热理发器具及干手器
--家用电加热设备- 加热器
--微波炉
--其他炉；电锅、电热板、加热环、烧烤炉及烘烤器
--电热的快速热水器、储存式热水器、浸入式液体加热器

--插头，插座，适配器，电源线及延长线，充电器

--玩具产品

申请GC标志认证所需要注意问题：
1、进口商获证后需在每件产品上加贴GC标识和对应的GC标识符合性证书的编号。
2、进口商应在产品上注明自己的名称、注册交易名和注册交易标志、联系地址。当产品的大小或材质不适合粘贴标签时，相应信息应置于产品包装上或附带的文件中。
3、进口商应确保制造商供应的产品带有产品型号、包装、序列号、模型号或其他元素的标签及制造商名称、注册交易名或注册交易标识及联系地址。当产品的大小或材质不适合粘贴标签时，相应信息应置于产品包装上或附带的文件中。
4、进口商应确保产品附带有用阿拉伯语写成的说明书和安全信息。
5、进口商在获得GC标识符合性证书后，应保存所有技术文件至少十年。
6、技术文件需用阿拉伯语编写。如不能实现，也可在获海湾成员国主管部门批准后提交英文版本。
7、海合会成员国市场监督机构有权要求进口商提交技术文件，或部分技术文件的翻译版本。提交期限一般为三十天，但在紧急情况下也可能更短。

玩具产品申请GC标志认证所需要资料：
1. 制造商工商注册证明、组织机构代码证书复印件各一份/A copy of industrial and commercial registration proof, a copy of organizational code certificate of the manufacturer
2. 生产厂工商注册证明、组织机构代码证书复印件各一份/A copy of industrial and commercial registration proof, a copy of organizational code certificate of the factory
3. 进入海合会成员国的产品注册证明/Registration proof of product to be sold in GCC member states
4. 正式申请书（签字并盖章）/Formal application (with signature and stamp)
5. 商标注册证明或者商标授权使用书/Registration proof of trade mark or authorization letter for trade mark usage
6. CB测试证书，CB测试报告（申请人持CB测试证书申请时）/CB testing certificate, CB testing report (when the applicant apply with CB testing report/certificate)
7. 申请人与制造商不一致时，提供申请人工商注册证明、组织机构代码证书复印件各一份以及双方授权声明（签字/盖章）（内容至少包含双方的委托关系）（适用时）/A copy ofindustrial and commercial registration proof, a copy of organizational code certificate of the applicant, and authorization statement of the two sides (with signatureor stamp) when the applicant and the manufacturer are different(When applicable)(At least including the commission relationship between the two sides.)
8. 当多生产厂使用同一GC标志认证证书时，提供各生产厂工商注册证明、组织机构代码证书复印件各一份，且制造商提供送检样品产品声明（签字并盖章），内容应至少包含：1. 送检样品可作为代表产品覆盖所有生产厂产品；2. 各生产厂与其生产产品型号的对应关系（仅适用于各生产厂属于同一法人实体且厂址位于同一国家的情况）/Copies of industrial and commercial registration proves, copies of organizational code certificates ofeach factory, and Declaration ofManufacturer(with signature and stamp) stating that the sample (s) submitted for evaluation is (are) representative of the products for each factory, besides, stating the correspondence between the models and each factory.(In case of multiple factory locations only if those factories are under the same legal entity and within the same country.)
9. 技术文件(中文/英文)（见附件1）/Technical document (See Annex 1)
a. 产品描述（内容应至少包含：材质、年龄组、玩法、是否带电这4项内容）/Product description(at least including material, age group, way of play and if it is electrical)
b. 型号差异描述（适用时）/Description of Differences of the Models (When applicable)
c. 产品的设计、制造图纸（如需则附简要说明）/Product design/drawings (with explanations if needed)
d. 产品适用的海湾标准清单，如无适用的标准，则提供采用其他国际标准的详细描述/A list of the Gulf or IEC Standards applied in full or in part, and descriptions of the solutions adopted to meet the essential requirements of the Gulf Technical Regulations in force where those Gulf or IEC Standards have not been applied
e. 产品生产和存放的地址/Address of manufacturing and storage
f. 制造商遵循的合格评定程序的描述(如：企业所获的体系认证证书或质量手册等)/A description of the conformity assessment procedure followed (Eg: Management system certificate or quality manual, etc.)
g. 风险评估（签字并盖章）/Risk Analysis (with signature and stamp)
10. 如申请人为玩具进口商，需提交最终商业发票及装箱单/Invoice and packing list are needed when the applicant is an importer
11. 申请人承诺（签字并盖章）（见附件2）/Declaration of the applicant(with signature and stamp) (See Annex 2)
12. 阿拉伯文说明书/Instruction manual in Arabic
13. 原证书（变更申请适用）/The original certificate (When apply for changes of certification)
14. 代理人的授权委托书/Authorization letter to the agent (when apply as an agent )
