尼日利亚国家标准局（Standard Organization of Nigeria, SON） 是尼日利亚负责制定和执行进口商品和本国制造 产品质量标准的政府机构。为确保管制产品符合已获准施行的该国技术标准或其他国际标准，保护尼日利亚消费者免受不安全产品或不符合标准的产品的损害，尼日利亚国家标准局决定对出口到该国的管制产品实施装船前强制性合格评定程序（以下简称SONCAP）。

尼日利亚SONCAP实施多年后，按最新通知将在2013年4月1日起实施新的SONCAP政策，和以往的SONCAP相比，变动很大。出口商每次出货不再申请SONCAP, 改为申请COC. 出口商拿到COC后提供给进口商申请SC. SC由进口商在当地SONCAP机构直接申请。此外，根据产品的风险类别要求现场抽样测试、验货和监装。
